Charlie was born in Chicago, but has lived most of his life in Arizona. Dependability and knowledge are two important attributes that Charlie brings to the residential real estate business. BUSINESS BACKGROUND:
An Arizona resident for 30+ years, Charlie attended the University of Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Business and Communications. Charlie has grown up around real estate with his dad starting The O’Malley Group in 2003 and his brother, Tim, is in the business as well.

Having been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years, Charlie specializes in private golf community homes across Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area — including Desert Mountain, Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Whisper Rock, Mirabel, Estancia, Troon, Ancala, Terravita, Firerock, Grayhawk, Trilogy at Verde River, and more. He also works in Arcadia, Paradise Valley, North and South Scottsdale, and East Phoenix, as well as vacant land brokerage throughout the Valley. On a personal note, Charlie is a board member of a local dog rescue, coached high school football, was an active Big Brothers Big Sisters member, has backpacked through 18+ countries, and is a proud Arizona dad.
